This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, who holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products. It is important to understand that this franchisee operates as a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. If you are hired for this position, you will be employed directly by the franchisee, and McDonald's USA will not have any responsibility or control over employment-related matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, or scheduling. This autonomy means that the franchisee is the sole entity accountable for all employment decisions at this restaurant.

Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older to be a manager
  • previous experience managing teams preferred
  • flexible availability to work various shifts
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • effective communication abilities

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience preferred ideally in restaurant retail or hospitality

  • knowledge of food safety and quality standards

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • follow up on progress and report results to management
  • ensure guest service staff deliver excellent customer experiences
  • organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru operations for optimal service
  • maintain food quality, safety, and cost control in the kitchen
  • train staff in production procedures including new menu items
  • hire, train, schedule, and motivate crew members to meet sales and profit goals
  • foster a positive team environment and recognize employee achievements
