If you are hired for this position, you will be employed directly by the franchisee, and McDonald's USA will not have any responsibility or control over employment-related matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, or scheduling. This autonomy means that the franchisee is the sole entity accountable for all employment decisions at this restaurant.
