Job Requirements

minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
manage assigned department systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experiences
oversee sales promotion execution
organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
manage food quality, safety, and cost control
train kitchen staff including on new menu items
recruit, train, and schedule qualified crew
motivate and recognize team members
