This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a valid license to use McDonald's logos and food products, maintaining the restaurant's well-known brand identity while operating as an independent entity. This means that all employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are managed solely by the franchisee and not McDonald's USA. The company prides itself on providing quality food and exceptional customer service with a focus on fast, friendly, and accurate service in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

  • minimum age of 18 years
  • availability to work flexible schedules including shifts
  • ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience preferred
  • experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments preferred

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned department systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experiences
  • oversee sales promotion execution
  • organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
  • manage food quality, safety, and cost control
  • train kitchen staff including on new menu items
  • recruit, train, and schedule qualified crew
  • motivate and recognize team members
