Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- availability to work flexible schedules including shifts
- ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks
- excellent customer service orientation
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- prior management experience preferred

- previous managerial experience preferred

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- manage assigned department systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experiences
- oversee sales promotion execution
- organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
- manage food quality, safety, and cost control
- train kitchen staff including on new menu items
- recruit, train, and schedule qualified crew
- motivate and recognize team members
