Job Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • previous managerial experience preferred
  • flexible schedule availability
  • ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • willingness to pursue education and skill development

  • experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred

Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set goals, delegate tasks, and report results to teams and other managers
  • ensure Crew and Managers deliver great customer experience and promotions
  • organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru for best service
  • maintain high-quality food production and safety standards
  • control food costs and train kitchen staff
  • recruit, train, and schedule qualified crew
  • motivate and recognize Crew throughout their employment
