Job Requirements

- previous managerial experience preferred

Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals, delegate tasks, and report results to teams and other managers
- ensure Crew and Managers deliver great customer experience and promotions
- organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru for best service
- maintain high-quality food production and safety standards
- control food costs and train kitchen staff
- recruit, train, and schedule qualified crew
- motivate and recognize Crew throughout their employment
