The Guest Service Department Manager focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences, ensuring promotional activities are executed effectively, and managing areas such as the Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru to optimize service efficiency. Kitchen Department Managers ensure food quality, safety, cost control, and proper training in food production procedures. People Department Managers are responsible for recruitment, training, scheduling, and employee engagement to meet restaurant sales and profitability goals.

This position demands someone who is a positive team player with flexible availability willing to work in a fast-moving environment. Prior managerial experience is preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to be considered for management roles in this corporate-owned store.
