This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald’s, distinct and separate from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, ensuring the restaurant delivers the high-quality menu and service standards associated with the McDonald’s brand. However, for employment matters including recruitment, hiring, supervision, and administration, the independent franchisee operates autonomously and is solely responsible. Job Duties
- lead shifts on a weekly basis ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to teams and follow up on performance
- supervise Guest Service Department ensuring excellent customer experience and proper organization of front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru operations
- oversee Kitchen Department to deliver quality food, maintain food safety standards, control food costs, and train kitchen staff
- manage People Department including hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and recognizing crew members
- ensure sales promotions are executed effectively and service staff are well trained
