Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous managerial experience preferred
- Ability to manage shifts and lead teams
- Knowledge of food safety and inventory management systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Passion for customer service and team development

Job Duties
- Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, inventory management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
- Ensure crew and managers deliver great customer service
- Oversee sales promotions and organize front counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas for service
- Ensure quality, safety, and cost control in kitchen operations
- Hire, train and schedule qualified crew
- Recognize and motivate employees
