- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Manage assigned departments like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up on team performance
- Ensure Crew and Managers deliver excellent customer experience
- Oversee sales promotions and service staff training
- Organize Front Counter, McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
- Ensure kitchen food quality, safety, cost control and staff training
