Prospective employees applying for this role will be engaged directly by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA, which has no influence or involvement in employment decision processes. The franchisee manages the business operations of the restaurant and the employment relationship with its workforce independently.

The position available is a Department Manager role within a McDonald's corporate-owned restaurant.
