Job Duties
- Lead shifts by managing staff to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
- Manage assigned systems including training, food safety, and inventory management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with team members
- Oversee Guest Service Department to ensure quality customer interaction and sales promotion execution
- Supervise Kitchen Department to maintain food quality, safety, and cost control
- Manage People Department involving hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating employees
- Provide coaching and leadership to develop team skills and business operations
