Job Duties

  • Lead shifts by managing staff to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
  • Manage assigned systems including training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with team members
  • Oversee Guest Service Department to ensure quality customer interaction and sales promotion execution
  • Supervise Kitchen Department to maintain food quality, safety, and cost control
  • Manage People Department involving hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating employees
  • Provide coaching and leadership to develop team skills and business operations
