Job Duties

  • Lead weekly shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
  • Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • Follow up and report results to teams and other managers
  • Deliver excellent customer experience and manage sales promotions
  • Train staff in service and production procedures
  • Organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru operations
  • Control food quality, safety, and costs in the kitchen
  • Hire, train, and schedule crew teams
  • Motivate and recognize employees to foster a positive work environment
