Job Duties
- Lead weekly shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
- Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- Follow up and report results to teams and other managers
- Deliver excellent customer experience and manage sales promotions
- Train staff in service and production procedures
- Organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru operations
- Control food quality, safety, and costs in the kitchen
- Hire, train, and schedule crew teams
- Motivate and recognize employees to foster a positive work environment
