This job opportunity is offered at a restaurant that is independently owned and operated by a franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s logos and food products. It is important to note that this franchisee operates separately from McDonald’s USA, acting as an independent company and employer. If selected for this role, your employment will be directly with the franchisee rather than McDonald’s USA, meaning all employment-related matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling will be managed solely by the franchisee. McDonald’s USA does not participate in the employment process and will not have access to your application or be involved in employment decisions.
