Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring fast accurate friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems including training food safety inventory management
- set goals delegate tasks follow up and report results
- ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experience
- oversee sales promotions and service procedures
- organize front counter McCafe and drive-thru areas
- ensure food quality safety and cost control
- train kitchen staff on production procedures
- hire train schedule and motivate crew to meet sales profit goals
