Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring fast accurate friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems including training food safety inventory management
  • set goals delegate tasks follow up and report results
  • ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experience
  • oversee sales promotions and service procedures
  • organize front counter McCafe and drive-thru areas
  • ensure food quality safety and cost control
  • train kitchen staff on production procedures
  • hire train schedule and motivate crew to meet sales profit goals
