Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set departmental goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up on task completion and report results to other managers
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer service in the Guest Service department
- organize front counter McCafé and drive-thru areas for optimal service
- ensure kitchen staff maintain high-quality food production, food safety, and cost control
- manage hiring, training, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew members throughout their employment
