This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald’s franchise restaurant. While this establishment operates under the McDonald’s brand and uses its logos and food products, it is a separate business entity from McDonald’s USA and hires employees independently. The franchisee owns and manages this restaurant and is solely responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, supervision, and scheduling of staff. This independence means that McDonald’s USA does not have a role in employment decisions or access to the candidate’s application. This ensures a unique working environment where the franchisee tailors their management to fit the restaurant’s specific community and customer needs while maintaining the high standards of the McDonald’s brand.
This position is a Department Manager role at the restaurant. They are responsible for managing specific departments within the restaurant such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People Management.
