Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and evenings
- previous experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality management preferred

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week to ensure customer satisfaction
- manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
- set departmental goals and delegate tasks accordingly
- follow up on task completion and report results to teams and managers
- ensure staff are trained and adhere to service and production procedures
- maintain food safety and quality standards
- manage staff scheduling and motivation
