Job Requirements

  • Managers lead shifts weekly ensuring excellent customer experience
  • Manage restaurant systems like training, food safety, inventory management
  • Train staff and monitor operational procedures
  • Control food costs and maintain food safety standards
  • Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew
  • Motivate and recognize team members
  • Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate owned restaurants

Job Qualifications

  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
  • Positive team player with excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
  • Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • Train staff on service and production procedures
  • Oversee sales promotions and ensure operational compliance
  • Organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas for efficiency
  • Report results to management and collaborate with team members
