Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate and friendly customer experiences
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory control
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up and report results to management
- oversee guest service department ensuring excellent customer service and organized service areas
- oversee kitchen department ensuring food quality, safety and cost control
- manage people department recruiting, training and scheduling crew to meet goals
