This job opportunity is with a restaurant that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald's, separate from McDonald's USA. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's branding, logos, and food products but operates independently, handling all employment matters on its own, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling employees. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality management preferred
- ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- strong organizational skills
- problem-solving ability
- commitment to customer service
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- previous managerial experience preferred

- at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- lead shifts and ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences
- manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People Management
- oversee training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- ensure sales promotions are executed effectively
- organize service areas like Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru
- recruit, train, schedule, and motivate crew members
