Job Description

This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise restaurant, which operates under a licensing agreement with McDonald's USA. While the franchise utilizes McDonald's logos and food products, it is a separate entity and employer distinct from McDonald's USA. This means that employment decisions, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling, are solely managed by the franchisee. Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • prior managerial experience preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • commitment to customer service excellence
  • ability to train and motivate staff
  • knowledge of food safety and inventory management systems beneficial

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience preferred
  • experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments
  • positive team player with flexible schedule
  • passion for working in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to lead and develop teams
  • at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
  • set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to team and other managers
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent guest service, manage sales promotions effectively, train service staff in procedures
  • organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas for optimal service
  • ensure high-quality, safe food production and control food costs in the kitchen
  • hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize staff to build a positive work environment
