Job Duties

  • lead shifts each week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
  • oversee systems including training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set team goals and delegate tasks
  • train service and kitchen staff in procedures
  • ensure promotional sales are executed effectively
  • maintain organization of Front Counter, Drive-Thru, and McCafé areas
