Job Duties
- lead shifts each week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People

- ensure promotional sales are executed effectively
- maintain organization of Front Counter, Drive-Thru, and McCafé areas
