Unlike McDonald's USA, this franchisee holds a license to use the McDonald's trademarks, logos, and menu items, but functions as a separate legal entity. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous management experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People Management
- Oversee systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
- Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
- Train service staff in procedures and maintain organization of front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas
- Control food quality, safety, cost, and train kitchen staff in production procedures
- Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating crew to meet sales and profit goals
