The Kitchen Department Manager prioritizes food quality, safety, fast service, and cost management while continuously training kitchen staff on production and new menu items. The People Department Manager dedicates efforts to hiring qualified crew members, effective training, scheduling to meet sales goals, and keeping team morale high through recognition and motivation.
This is a full-time position typically requiring candidates to be 18 years or older with prior leadership experience preferred, especially within restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments. The work environment is famously fast-paced and demanding, appealing to positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy working energetically and collaboratively.
