Job Description

This job opportunity is with a restaurant that operates as an independent franchisee of McDonald's, a globally recognized fast-food brand. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos, branding, and food products but functions as an entirely separate business entity from McDonald's USA. This means that if hired, you will be employed directly by the franchise owner, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment-related decisions including hiring, firing, scheduling, staffing, and employee discipline. McDonald's USA does not control these aspects and does not review applications or influence hiring processes at the franchisee's restaurant.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • prior management experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Previous managerial experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory
  • set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with team members
  • oversee Guest Service department ensuring excellent customer experience and well-run front counter and drive-thru
  • manage Kitchen department ensuring food quality, safety, and cost control
  • supervise People department managing hiring, training, scheduling, and employee motivation
  • report results to management and support team development
