It is important to note that this franchisee is a separate entity from McDonald’s USA, which means that all employment matters, such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling, are handled exclusively by the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. This distinction means that if you are hired, your employer will be the independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA, and all decisions related to your employment will be managed by the franchisee’s leadership team. McDonald’s USA is not involved in evaluating your application, conducting interviews, or making hiring decisions for the restaurant.
