Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead shifts consistently to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with teams
- ensure Crew and Managers deliver great customer experiences and that sales promotions are executed effectively
- organize and maintain Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru service areas
- maintain food quality, safety, and control food costs in the kitchen
- recruit, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew members throughout their employment
