This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee rather than McDonald's USA directly. The franchise owns the license to use McDonald's logos and food products but operates as a separate company and employer for all employment matters. If selected for this position, you will be employed by the franchisee, which is solely responsible for employment decisions such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to be a manager
  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • Flexible schedule availability

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate and friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • Follow up and report results to team and managers
  • Oversee customer service quality, sales promotions, and organization of front counter and drive-thru areas (Guest Service Department)
  • Ensure food quality, safety, cost control and staff training in production procedures (Kitchen Department)
  • Hire, train and schedule crew, motivate and recognize employees to meet sales and profit goals (People Department)
