Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous experience in management preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
  • Oversee training programs and ensure compliance with food safety standards
  • Set departmental goals, delegate tasks, and monitor team performance
  • Organize service areas including Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru
  • Hire, schedule, and motivate crew members to meet sales and profit targets
  • Report results and collaborate with other managers
