Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
- Oversee training programs and ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Set departmental goals, delegate tasks, and monitor team performance
- Organize service areas including Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru
- Hire, schedule, and motivate crew members to meet sales and profit targets
- Report results and collaborate with other managers
