Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to handle fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the role

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
  • Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with teams
  • Report results to team members and other managers
  • Ensure front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas are organized for excellent service
  • Oversee kitchen operations for food quality, safety, and cost control
  • Manage hiring, training, and scheduling to meet restaurant sales and profit goals
