Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
- Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with teams
- Report results to team members and other managers
- Ensure front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas are organized for excellent service
- Oversee kitchen operations for food quality, safety, and cost control
- Manage hiring, training, and scheduling to meet restaurant sales and profit goals
