This job posting is for a managerial role in one of Team Aragon's McDonald's franchise-operated restaurants. As a manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every customer receives a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Managers are expected to lead shifts regularly, working closely with crew members and other managers to maintain smooth operations and outstanding customer service. Depending on the assigned department, managers may take on additional leadership responsibilities in areas such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management, Guest Service, Kitchen Operations, and People Management.

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
  • manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • set goals, delegate tasks to team members, follow up and report results
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
  • oversee sales promotions and service staff training
  • organize Front Counter McCafe and Drive-Thru areas
  • manage kitchen staff to deliver high-quality, safe, and fast food
  • control food costs and train kitchen team in production procedures
  • hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize crew members throughout their employment
