Job Description

The restaurant is part of a McDonald's franchise that is independently owned and operated by a franchisee separate from McDonald's USA. This franchisee owns the license to use McDonald's logos and food products but operates as a distinct company and employer. Therefore, all employment matters including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and disciplinary actions are exclusively managed by this franchisee without any involvement from McDonald's USA. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in managerial role preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • must be 18 years or older
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • commitment to customer service excellence
  • ability to train and motivate staff

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience preferred ideally in restaurant retail or hospitality
  • positive team player with flexible schedule
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • ability to manage multiple operational systems
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • age 18 or older

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring fast accurate friendly customer experience
  • manage assigned systems such as training food safety and inventory management
  • set goals delegate tasks follow up and report results
  • oversee guest service ensuring great customer service proper training and organized front counter mccafe and drive-thru areas
  • manage kitchen operations ensuring quality food safety food cost control and production training
  • coordinate people department with hiring training scheduling and staff motivation
  • contribute to overall restaurant success by supporting team development and operational excellence
