This franchisee owns the license to use McDonald's logos and food products but operates as a distinct company and employer. Therefore, all employment matters including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and disciplinary actions are exclusively managed by this franchisee without any involvement from McDonald's USA. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in managerial role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- must be 18 years or older
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- commitment to customer service excellence
- ability to train and motivate staff
Job Qualifications
- previous managerial experience preferred ideally in restaurant retail or hospitality
- positive team player with flexible schedule
- strong leadership and coaching skills
- ability to manage multiple operational systems
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- age 18 or older
Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast accurate friendly customer experience
- manage assigned systems such as training food safety and inventory management
- set goals delegate tasks follow up and report results
- oversee guest service ensuring great customer service proper training and organized front counter mccafe and drive-thru areas
- manage kitchen operations ensuring quality food safety food cost control and production training
- coordinate people department with hiring training scheduling and staff motivation
- contribute to overall restaurant success by supporting team development and operational excellence
