  • ability to manage multiple departments and delegate tasks effectively

Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
  • manage specific departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
  • set goals and delegate tasks to teams
  • follow up on team performance and report results
  • ensure training and service procedures are properly implemented
  • organize service areas like Front Counter McCafe and Drive-Thru
  • control food quality, safety, and cost
  • manage hiring, training, and scheduling of crew
  • motivate and recognize crew members
