Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
- manage specific departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
- set goals and delegate tasks to teams
- follow up on team performance and report results
- ensure training and service procedures are properly implemented
- organize service areas like Front Counter McCafe and Drive-Thru
- control food quality, safety, and cost
- manage hiring, training, and scheduling of crew
- motivate and recognize crew members
