Job Duties

  • Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • Monitor departmental performance and report results
  • Ensure service staff are trained and service areas are organized
  • Oversee food quality, safety, and cost control in the kitchen
  • Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and motivation of crew members
