Job Requirements
- managers lead shifts and ensure customer satisfaction
- ability to manage departments and systems such as training food safety and inventory
- responsible for goal setting task delegation follow up and reporting
- experience in delivering excellent customer service and managing sales promotions
- skilled in maintaining food quality safety and cost control
- capable of recruiting training and scheduling employees
- capable of motivating employees and improving team performance
Job Qualifications
- previous managerial experience preferred ideally in restaurant retail or hospitality
- positive team player with flexible schedule
- passion for working in a fast-paced environment
- at least 18 years old
- strong leadership skills
Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring customers have a fast and friendly experience
- manage assigned systems such as training food safety and inventory management
- set goals delegate tasks follow up and report results to team and other managers
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer service and sales promotions are implemented effectively
- maintain kitchen quality ensure food safety and control food costs
- hire train and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize team members to enhance performance
