This franchisee operates independently from McDonald's USA, which means all employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are handled solely by the franchisee. McDonald's USA does not have control over these processes nor access to your application or involvement in the decision-making process. The franchisee is the direct employer and responsible party for all employment-related activities at the restaurant.

Job Requirements

  • managers lead shifts and ensure customer satisfaction
  • ability to manage departments and systems such as training food safety and inventory
  • responsible for goal setting task delegation follow up and reporting
  • experience in delivering excellent customer service and managing sales promotions
  • skilled in maintaining food quality safety and cost control
  • capable of recruiting training and scheduling employees
  • capable of motivating employees and improving team performance

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience preferred ideally in restaurant retail or hospitality
  • positive team player with flexible schedule
  • passion for working in a fast-paced environment
  • at least 18 years old
  • strong leadership skills

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring customers have a fast and friendly experience
  • manage assigned systems such as training food safety and inventory management
  • set goals delegate tasks follow up and report results to team and other managers
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer service and sales promotions are implemented effectively
  • maintain kitchen quality ensure food safety and control food costs
  • hire train and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize team members to enhance performance
