This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald’s restaurant franchisee. While McDonald’s USA licenses its logos and food products to this franchise, the franchisee operates as a separate company and is fully responsible for the employment and management aspects of its restaurant. This means that any candidate hired for this position will have a contractual employer-employee relationship solely with the franchisee, not with McDonald’s USA. The franchisee handles all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Duties
- lead shifts every week
- ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
- manage guest service by overseeing crew and managers
- ensure sales promotions are executed effectively
- organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas
- manage kitchen operations including food quality, safety, and cost control
- train kitchen staff on production procedures
- recruit, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew
- delegate tasks, set goals, and report results
