This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald’s restaurant franchisee. While McDonald’s USA licenses its logos and food products to this franchise, the franchisee operates as a separate company and is fully responsible for the employment and management aspects of its restaurant. This means that any candidate hired for this position will have a contractual employer-employee relationship solely with the franchisee, not with McDonald’s USA. The franchisee handles all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Therefore, McDonald’s USA does not participate or have influence over employment decisions or candidate selection for this role.

Kitchen Managers ensure the delivery of high-quality food, maintain food safety standards, control food costs, and train kitchen staff on production procedures including the introduction of new menu items. People Managers are responsible for recruiting qualified crew members, managing their training, scheduling, and sustaining motivation and recognition to foster a positive work environment.
