Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
- Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience and follow sales promotions
- Train service and kitchen staff on procedures and new menu items
- Manage food safety, quality, and cost control in the kitchen
- Recruit, train, and schedule qualified crew members
- Motivate team members and recognize their contributions
