Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
  • Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience and follow sales promotions
  • Train service and kitchen staff on procedures and new menu items
  • Manage food safety, quality, and cost control in the kitchen
  • Recruit, train, and schedule qualified crew members
  • Motivate team members and recognize their contributions
