Job Duties
- Lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
- Manage assigned systems including Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set department goals, delegate tasks, and report results
- Ensure Crew and Managers deliver excellent customer service in Guest Service Department
- Oversee food quality, safety, and cost control in Kitchen Department
- Manage hiring, training, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals in People Department
- Motivate and recognize Crew members throughout their employment
