Job Duties

  • Lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
  • Manage assigned systems including Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set department goals, delegate tasks, and report results
  • Ensure Crew and Managers deliver excellent customer service in Guest Service Department
  • Oversee food quality, safety, and cost control in Kitchen Department
  • Manage hiring, training, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals in People Department
  • Motivate and recognize Crew members throughout their employment
