Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences
- manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- set departmental goals and delegate tasks to teams
- follow up on delegated tasks and report results
- ensure guest service staff are well-trained and service areas organized
- oversee kitchen quality, food safety, and cost control
- manage hiring, training, and scheduling of crew to meet sales and profit goals
