Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences
  • manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • set departmental goals and delegate tasks to teams
  • follow up on delegated tasks and report results
  • ensure guest service staff are well-trained and service areas organized
  • oversee kitchen quality, food safety, and cost control
  • manage hiring, training, and scheduling of crew to meet sales and profit goals
