Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Proven leadership or managerial experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and quality standards
- Willingness to train and develop team members

Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
- Manage departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
- Oversee training and coaching of crew and managers
- Monitor food safety, quality, and cost control
- Delegate tasks and set goals for the team
- Ensure sales promotions are implemented properly
- Organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas for optimal service
