This job opportunity is offered by a restaurant that operates under an independent franchisee license, separate and distinct from McDonald's USA. This franchisee is authorized to use McDonald's logos, trademarks, and food products while managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Importantly, this franchisee functions as an independent business entity responsible for all employment-related decisions including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling of employees. McDonald's USA itself does not have control over the employment practices at this location and will not be involved in the employment application or hiring process. This means any applicant who applies for a position at this restaurant will be working directly under the franchisee's administration, not McDonald's USA.
