This job opportunity is offered by an independent franchisee who owns and operates a McDonald's restaurant, authorized to use McDonald's logos, food products, and branding. It's important to understand that this franchisee is an entirely separate entity and distinct employer from McDonald's USA. Job Requirements
- previous managerial experience preferred
- ability to lead teams and delegate tasks
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- must be at least 18 years old to work as a manager
- ability to motivate and support team members
- knowledge of food safety and training systems preferred

Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly ensuring fast accurate friendly customer experiences
- manage assigned systems like training food safety inventory management
- set goals delegate tasks follow up and report results
- ensure crew and managers deliver great customer service and manage sales promotions
- organize front counter McCafé and drive-thru areas for optimal service
- ensure kitchen delivers high quality food fast while controlling food cost and ensuring food safety
- recruit train schedule and motivate crew to meet sales and profit goals
