This job opportunity is offered by an independent franchisee who owns and operates a McDonald's restaurant, authorized to use McDonald's logos, food products, and branding. It's important to understand that this franchisee is an entirely separate entity and distinct employer from McDonald's USA. Therefore, if you are hired, your employment relationship will be directly with the franchisee rather than McDonald's corporate offices. Job Requirements

  • previous managerial experience preferred
  • ability to lead teams and delegate tasks
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • must be at least 18 years old to work as a manager
  • ability to motivate and support team members
  • knowledge of food safety and training systems preferred

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience preferred ideally in restaurant retail or hospitality
  • positive team player with flexible schedule
  • passion for fast paced work environment
  • minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • lead shifts weekly ensuring fast accurate friendly customer experiences
  • manage assigned systems like training food safety inventory management
  • set goals delegate tasks follow up and report results
  • ensure crew and managers deliver great customer service and manage sales promotions
  • organize front counter McCafé and drive-thru areas for optimal service
  • ensure kitchen delivers high quality food fast while controlling food cost and ensuring food safety
  • recruit train schedule and motivate crew to meet sales and profit goals
