McDonald’s USA has no involvement in employment decisions at this location, and any application submitted will be handled solely by the franchisee. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People Management
- oversee training and development of staff in service, food safety, or operational procedures
- control food costs and maintain food quality and safety standards
- organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas for optimal customer experience
- recruit, train, schedule, and motivate crew members
- report department results and collaborate with other managers
