Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
- Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals and delegate tasks to team members while following up on performance
- Ensure guest service standards are met including training front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru staff
- Oversee kitchen operations ensuring food quality, safety, and cost control
- Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals
- Motivate and recognize crew members to foster a positive work environment
