Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set department goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • monitor and report results to other managers
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience and sales promotions
  • organize service areas including Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru
  • train and motivate team members in service and production procedures
  • control food quality, safety, and cost
  • hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • recognize and motivate employees throughout their tenure
