Job Duties
- lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set department goals and delegate tasks to team members
- monitor and report results to other managers
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience and sales promotions
- organize service areas including Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru
- train and motivate team members in service and production procedures
- control food quality, safety, and cost
- hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
- recognize and motivate employees throughout their tenure
