This particular position is for a Department Manager role within a McDonald's restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. As a Department Manager, you will play a critical leadership role by overseeing daily restaurant operations in specific areas such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People (Human Resources). Kitchen Managers prioritize food quality, safety, cost control, and training for kitchen staff. People Managers handle recruiting, training, scheduling, and employee motivation, ensuring the team aligns with restaurant sales and profit goals.

This role is ideal for individuals with leadership capabilities and prior managerial experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments.
