This job opportunity is with a restaurant that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos, branding, and food products but operates as a separate company entirely independent from McDonald’s USA. Consequently, if hired, the franchisee—not McDonald’s USA—will be your employer, managing all employment-related functions including hiring, firing, staffing, and scheduling. Job Duties
- Lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Manage assigned departments such as Hospitality, Quality, or People
- Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with team members
- Oversee service staff training in procedures and standards
- Ensure food safety, quality, and cost control are maintained
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule crew members
- Motivate and recognize team members to enhance performance
