This job opportunity is with a restaurant that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos, branding, and food products but operates as a separate company entirely independent from McDonald’s USA. Consequently, if hired, the franchisee—not McDonald’s USA—will be your employer, managing all employment-related functions including hiring, firing, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned departments such as Hospitality, Quality, or People
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with team members
  • Oversee service staff training in procedures and standards
  • Ensure food safety, quality, and cost control are maintained
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule crew members
  • Motivate and recognize team members to enhance performance
