Job Description
The Kades Corporation is a prominent and rapidly growing franchise company, recognized as the 5th largest McDonald's franchise operator in the United States. With ownership and operational control over 53 restaurants, soon to be 54, spanning three diverse markets in Texas, The Kades Corporation stands as a formidable presence in the fast-food industry. Particularly concentrated in the Beaumont area with 18 restaurants, the company prides itself on delivering exceptional food and customer experiences through dedicated leadership and innovative operational strategies. As a key player within the McDonald's franchise network, The Kades Corporation blends the globally successful McDonald's brand with localized management excellence, creating vibrant community hubs that serve up classic McDonald's menu items with efficiency, consistency, and a focus on guest satisfaction.
The Kades Corporation is currently seeking dynamic and experienced assistant managers who are eager to advance their careers within the company. This opportunity is ideal for driven leaders who aim to grow beyond the assistant manager level into higher leadership roles. While prior McDonald's experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory, opening the door for talented individuals passionate about management in a fast-paced environment. The assistant manager role at The Kades Corporation involves hands-on leadership of restaurant operations, encompassing everything from ensuring high-quality food service and safety standards to managing staff and fostering a positive workplace culture.
This position offers competitive starting wages ranging from $10 to $15 per hour, alongside a comprehensive benefits package designed to support career growth and personal well-being. Employees benefit from health insurance, a 401K retirement plan, and eligibility for a monthly bonus program that rewards performance. Moreover, staff enjoy up to three weeks of vacation and seven holidays per year, reflecting the company's commitment to work-life balance. Additional perks include college tuition assistance and employee discounts, specifically tailored to enhance the McDonald's experience through the Archways to Opportunity program — a hallmark initiative aimed at education and career advancement.
An assistant manager at The Kades Corporation is integral to operational success, tasked with delivering an outstanding guest experience while managing profit and loss responsibilities, food safety compliance, staffing, and team development. We seek leaders who are friendly, enthusiastic, and ready to engage actively in running the restaurant. Candidates should possess previous management experience, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities, both verbal and written. The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business and deliver consistent service.
Working as an assistant manager within The Kades Corporation means joining a team that values energy, purpose, and continuous improvement. It is a workplace where leaders mentor and inspire, cultivate new talent, and commit to personal and professional growth. The company offers valuable training and advancement opportunities, supporting employees to build a rewarding career trajectory. As part of an independent franchisee, the corporation operates with autonomy, delivering employment experiences distinct from McDonald's USA and fostering a localized culture of excellence and opportunity. Joining The Kades Corporation offers a unique pathway to not only a job but a fulfilling career within one of the largest and most respected McDonald's franchise operators in the country.
