Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to lead shifts every week ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Ability to manage systems such as training, food safety, and inventory
  • Experience in managing customer service departments
  • Proven skills in kitchen management including food safety and cost control
  • Competence in hiring, training, and scheduling employees
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work varied shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Previous management experience preferably in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience managing profit and loss and food safety
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts and manage daily restaurant operations
  • Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate customer service
  • Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with team members
  • Manage guest service areas including Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru
  • Oversee kitchen operations ensuring food quality, safety, and cost control
  • Hire, train, schedule, and motivate staff to meet sales and profit goals
