Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • follow up and report results to management
  • oversee Guest Service Department ensuring quality customer interaction and service promotion execution
  • organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru service areas
  • ensure kitchen delivers quality food, controls food costs, and maintains food safety standards
  • train kitchen staff on production procedures
  • manage People Department recruiting, training, and scheduling
  • motivate and recognize crew members
  • maintain compliance with all restaurant policies and procedures
