We are currently seeking a driven Department Manager to join our team. This role is vital in managing operations within a department of the restaurant, whether that be the kitchen, people, or service department. The Department Manager will be responsible for managing training programs, food safety, inventory control, task delegation, goal setting, performance follow-up, and reporting results to the team and other management staff.

Kitchen Department Managers ensure that high-quality food is delivered quickly while maintaining strict food safety standards and controlling food costs. They oversee staff training on production procedures, including new menu items, and manage kitchen operations effectively.

People Department Managers focus on recruiting qualified crew members, delivering comprehensive training, and scheduling staff to meet sales and profit targets. They play a key role in motivating employees, recognizing achievements, and helping new hires integrate smoothly into the team.

Service Department Managers are dedicated to ensuring that service staff deliver exceptional customer experiences. They oversee promotions, service procedure training, and organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas to optimize customer service.

The pay range for this Department Manager position is $19.50 to $22.50 per hour, reflecting the importance of leadership in delivering excellent restaurant operations.
