This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise, separate from McDonald's USA corporate operations. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos, branding, and food products, running the restaurant under the McDonald's banner yet maintaining full responsibility for all employment matters, including hiring, scheduling, and supervision of staff at this location.
This position offers a competitive hourly wage of up to $15, with added compensation for overnight shift work. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous management experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including overnight shifts
