This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise, which holds a license to use McDonald's logos, branding, and food products while operating as a separate business entity from McDonald's USA. As such, the franchisee is the sole employer responsible for all employment decisions and operational matters of the restaurant, including hiring, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Prior management experience preferred
- Ability to lead and manage a team

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences
- Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- Follow up and report results to management and teams
- Oversee Guest Service Department ensuring effective sales promotions and trained service staff
- Organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru service areas
- Manage Kitchen Department for quality food delivery, safety, cost control, and staff training
- Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew for People Department
- Recognize and motivate team members
- Assist in running business operations to achieve sales and profit goals
