Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- previous managerial experience preferred
- experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environment preferred

Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- monitor tasks and report results to teams and other managers
- ensure sales promotions are executed effectively
- train staff in customer service procedures
- organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru service areas for optimal performance
