Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prior managerial experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, inventory management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
- Oversee Guest Service department ensuring excellent customer experience and proper training
- Manage Kitchen department focusing on food quality, safety, cost control, and staff training
- Lead People department managing hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating crew
- Support sales promotions and operational organization in service areas
