This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise, distinctly separate from McDonald's USA. While the franchisee is licensed to use McDonald's trademarks and food products, all employment matters, ranging from hiring and staffing to discipline and scheduling, are solely handled by the franchisee. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Manage assigned systems like Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, and report results to teams and other managers
- Oversee Guest Service including McCafé and Drive-Thru areas
- Ensure kitchen delivers quality, safe food and controls food costs
- Hire, train, schedule, and motivate crew
- Provide coaching, direction, and leadership to team members
